- Fresh Air : Our building’s ventilation system draws fresh air from the top of our 85-meter tower. By sourcing air from this elevation, we ensure a cleaner, cooler environment, far removed from the dust and pollution found at street level.
- 3-Stage Air Filtration System: Fresh air is drawn from the rooftop, it passes through a 3-stage filtration system to remove airborne impurities. This process effectively eliminates dust, cigarette smoke, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted by office equipment such as photocopiers and laser printers. Furthermore, the system neutralizes odors and filters out airborne viruses and bacteria, ensuring a healthier and safer environment for all occupants.
UV-C Elevator Surface Disinfection
When the elevator cabin is unoccupied, integrated UV-C lamps automatically activate to sanitize frequently touched surfaces, including control panels, walls, and handrails. UV-C light neutralizes pathogens by destroying the nuclei of bacteria and viruses, halting their replication and spread. This advanced system effectively eliminates germs, significantly reducing the risk of transmission between passengers.
- Relative Humidity Control: We maintain indoor temperature and relative humidity within the optimal range of 40% to 50%. This level is scientifically proven to provide maximum human comfort while creating an environment where viruses, bacteria, and mold struggle to thrive.
- Complimentary Purified Drinking Water: We provide complimentary purified drinking water stations on every floor of Olympia Thai Tower and Olympia Thai Plaza. The water undergoes a multi-stage filtration process to remove impurities, colors, and odors, followed by a final ultraviolet (UV) sterilization step to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.

- Building Structure : The structure of the 23-story Olympia Thai Tower is designed to withstand earthquake vibrations, utilizing foundation piles with a diameter of no less than 1 meter, driven approximately 57 meters deep into the ground.

Double Glazed Window System : Olympia Thai Tower and Olympia Thai Plaza are equipped with the curtainwall system which has double glazed, thermal-insulated reflective glass that reduce glare, street noise and saves energy. Double glazed windows let lots of light in to displace electric light and also keep out most of the heat , so they more than pay for themselves immediately by reducing the capacity of the air-conditioning system.
Moreover, the curtainwall system used has protective external capping that will keep the glass intact in the event of freak gusts of wind or even an earthquake, providing maximum safety at all time.- Building Automation System (BAS) : Olympia Thai Tower and Olympia Thai Plaza employ a computerized monitoring and control with over 2,582 sensors integrated into the air-conditioning, electrical , lighting, fire protection and control, security and safety systems for efficient building operations and energy conservation.
- Solar Rooftop : To contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and help mitigate global boiling, the buildings have installed a solar rooftop system. Solar energy is a renewable, inexhaustible, clean, and eco-friendly energy source that generates no pollution. This installation aims to reduce reliance on electricity generated from natural gas and coal—processes that are harmful to the environment and release carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The electricity generated is utilized directly within Olympia Thai Tower and Olympia Thai Plaza.
- EV Charging Stations : To support the use of clean energy and provide convenience for EV users, our electric vehicle charging station is located at 2B floor of the car parking building.
- T8 LED lamp : Olympia Thai Tower and Olympia Thai Plaza utilize T8 LED lamps, which offer energy savings of up to 50% compared to fluorescent lamps. Inside the T8 LED lamp are chips and a driver, free from mercury, argon gas, and phosphor coatings found in fluorescent tubes. Consequently, the production process is safe for humans, environmentally friendly, and significantly reduces carbon dioxide emissions. Furthermore, as T8 LED lamps do not require ballasts or starters, their installation helps reduce the volume of electronic waste generated in the future.
