Security System
A well-trained team of security guards monitor and patrol all public areas 24 hours a day to ensure the security of tenants and their belongings. Closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras are installed at key locations such as the lobby, in each lift and on each floor to record activities 24 hours a day.
Fire Protection System
Fire barriers between each floor are an integral part of the building's fire protection and control systems. These include heat and smoke detectors, fire alarms, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, fire hoses, pressurized main stairs and fire staircase.
